Warm weather vapor lock on '96 Explorer 5.0

When it gets in the 80 degree temperature range my Explorer has trouble with vapor locking that I have been chasing for several years. Outside of this problem it is a great ride with only 112,000 miles. Sometimes it will refire with starting fluid but many times I have to pop the hood and let the air cool it down before it restarts. Any ideas please. Thank you.

Weak fuel pump or weak fuel pressure regulator. I would try reading fuel pressure cold and then hot.
